Position: Finance Manager Location: Cochin Qualification: Qualified CA/CMA Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of progressive finance / accounting experience, of which 5 - 7 years of financial managerial role gained preferably in MNC setting or BPO, Minimum 5 years managerial experience is required Salary: As per Industry Standards Key Responsibilities: - Controllership Function
1) Full controllership responsibility of legal entity - Supervise, control, and organize in all
financial dimensions (Financial Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Payables, Treasury, Statutory
Reporting, etc.)
2) Ensure compliance to internal controls, finance policies & statutory regulations
3) Co-ordinate with external auditors to complete year-end audit
4) Ensure on time month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, forecasting and
reconciliations

Improve internal financial process of legal entity
6) Timely communication to HQ / Group / Business unit
7) Provide monthly financial performance measures to Group Leads
8) Develop & maintain financial model for GBS services
