Walk-In Interview

We are conducting a Walk-In Interview for a Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, Facebook, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Conducting initial HR screening calls.
- Interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
- Offer coordination and joining formalities.
- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handling end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Achieving daily and monthly recruitment targets.





Candidate Requirements

- 6 Months – 1 Year of Non-IT Recruitment experience.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media sourcing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
