**Date Posted:** 2026-07-22 **Country:** India **Location:** Godrej Genesis, Smart Works, 7th Floor, Plot No. XI, Block EP & GP, Sector V, Salt Lake City, Bidhannagar,KOLKATA-700091, India We are looking for a **Associate - Accounts Receivable** for the **East Region** . **Educational Qualification:-** B.Com / MBA / CA Inter **Experience -** 2-6 Years **Key Responsibilities** + Prepare and distribute Asset Files to Operations and Shared Services teams. + Prepare, publish, and monitor MIS reports and dashboards related to FR and collections. + Analyze billing, AR, and various exception reports to identify and reduce turnback's & increase AR liquidation. + Conduct and drive monthly Asset Review Meetings with Area Managers, CSEs, Regional Heads, and Genpact teams, along with weekly follow-ups and performance assessments. + Set and drive monthly collection targets in coordination with the team. + Escalate collection-related issues and overdue cases to the respective Department Heads for timely resolution. + Ensure timely collection and tracking of Bank Guarantees and Earnest Money Deposits. + Lead and drive all activities related to Accounts Receivable liquidation, ensuring achievement of collection & FR targets. **Desired Skills** + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Good understanding of Accounts Receivable, collections, and aging analysis. + Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting. + Effective stakeholder management and communication skills. + Ability to drive collection initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
