Job Description The PeopleSoft ERP Reconciliation Analyst will support Travel & Expense operations by processing high-volume transactions, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring the integrity of financial data across expense and ERP systems. This individual will work closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, and T&E; stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, investigate exceptions, and support compliance initiatives. Skills and Requirements - Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) - 4-6 years of experience in Finance, T&E; Operations, AP, or Reconciliations - Strong working knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP - Experience with Concur expense management systems - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Logical and critical thinking abilities - Working knowledge of AppZen or similar audit/compliance tools - MBA or Master's Degree - Experience supporting global T&E; programs - Process improvement or compliance background
