Job Description The AppZen Quality & Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring expense audit accuracy, validating policy compliance, and supporting quality assurance efforts across the Travel & Expense program. This role will help strengthen financial controls by reviewing audit results, investigating exceptions, and identifying opportunities to improve compliance processes. Key Responsibilities - Review and validate AppZen-generated audit exceptions and findings. - Perform quality assurance reviews of expense reports and policy violations. - Investigate false positives, false negatives, and inconsistent audit outcomes. - Monitor compliance trends and identify recurring risk areas. - Collaborate with Finance and T&E; teams to resolve audit exceptions. - Recommend enhancements to AppZen rules and system controls. - Support internal and external audit activities. - Produce compliance reporting and quality metrics. - Document processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) - 4-6 years of experience in compliance, audit, T&E; controls, or finance operations - Experience using AppZen or similar automated audit/compliance tools - Working knowledge of Concur and expense management processes - Strong analytical, investigative, and critical-thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - MBA or Master's Degree - Internal audit or compliance certification - Experience supporting global T&E; compliance programs
