Role Description The Senior Designer – Content & Creatives is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the creation of high-impact visual and content assets across digital channels. This position involves developing concepts, designing layouts, and producing campaign-ready creatives for marketing, product, and brand initiatives. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional partners to translate business objectives into clear visual narratives, maintaining brand consistency, and iterating quickly based on feedback and data. The Senior Designer will guide junior creatives, refine design processes,



and contribute to the evolution of Creatvise's design standards and storytelling framework.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design, layout, and typography skills, with a portfolio demonstrating digital and brand design work.
- Experience creating content and creatives for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media or web experiences.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent platforms).
- Executing creative research, inspiration and moodboarding through Creatvise Thirdeye.
- Ability to develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable asset libraries.
- Comfort working with multidisciplinary teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers and contributing to design process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Background in SaaS, creative tools, or design platforms is a plus, along with familiarity with user-centered design principles.
