Role Overview

Rang De is building a network of state-of-the-art Swabhimaan Kendras that empower communities through Digital Public Infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence. These centres are designed to become trusted community hubs where people can build digital financial capability, assess their credit readiness, access formal credit on demand with greater agency, and receive entrepreneurship support through AI-powered community mentors.

As Senior Manager, you will play a pioneering role in establishing and scaling Swabhimaan Kendras across the region, working closely with local communities, ecosystem partners and entrepreneurs to create a sustainable model for financial inclusion and livelihood development.

Responsibilities

● Establish and operationalise Swabhimaan Kendras in the assigned region,



ensuring they become trusted centres for digital financial empowerment.

● Build strong relationships with community institutions, local leaders, self-help groups, farmer producer organisations and other ecosystem partners.

● Enable community members to improve their digital and financial literacy through engaging learning experiences and AI-enabled tools.

● Facilitate digital assessments that help individuals understand their financial readiness and access formal credit with greater confidence and agency.

● Support aspiring and existing entrepreneurs in accessing on-demand credit and entrepreneurship development services through AI-powered community mentors.

● Coordinate the day-to-day operations of Swabhimaan Kendras, ensuring a high-quality experience for every community member.

● Train, mentor and support local community facilitators to effectively use digital platforms and AI tools.

● Monitor key outcomes, document learnings and share regular progress reports with the central team.

● Capture stories, photographs and best practices that demonstrate the impact of the Swabhimaan Kendras and enable continuous improvement across locations.

● Identify opportunities to strengthen the Kendras through new partnerships, innovative programs and community-led initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for builders, problem-solvers and changemakers who are excited about creating the future of rural financial empowerment.

You will thrive in this role if you have:

● 4- 6 years of experience in the social sector, rural development, livelihoods, financial inclusion or community development.

● Experience working with diverse stakeholders such as NGOs, CSOs, self-help groups, farmer producer organisations, government agencies and community institutions.

● Outstanding problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and design practical solutions.

● Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.

● A collaborative leadership style with experience in mentoring, coordinating or leading teams and community stakeholders.

● A genuine passion for creating social impact and improving the lives of

underserved communities.





● An entrepreneurial mindset—you are self-driven, resourceful, curious, adaptable and excited to build something from the ground up.

● Enthusiasm for leveraging technology, Digital Public Infrastructure and AI to solve real-world development challenges.

● A postgraduate degree in Management (MBA), Social Work (MSW), Rural Management, Development Studies or another relevant discipline.

● The ability to document, communicate and showcase impact through compelling stories, insights and data.

Bonus points if you have:

● Experience in financial inclusion, digital literacy, entrepreneurship development or livelihood promotion.

● Experience managing field operations or launching community-based programmes. ● Familiarity with AI tools, digital platforms or data-driven programme management. ● Fluency in Hindi and a willingness to travel extensively within the region.
