Title: Business: Business Analyst

Experience: 6+ years .

Location: Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced SME with strong domain expertise in Loan Management Systems (LMS), Loan Servicing, and Collections.

The ideal candidate will act as a key bridge between Business, Operations, Technology, and QA teams, driving successful delivery of LMS and Collections initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scenario & Test Readiness
- Define detailed business scenarios and end-to-end process flows covering all LMS modules.
- Review business scenarios with stakeholders and obtain approvals/sign-offs.
- Support QA teams in understanding business requirements and expected outcomes.
- Validate test coverage against business requirements.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between Business, Operations, IT, Vendors, and QA teams.
- Conduct requirement clarification sessions and workshops.
- Present execution results, business impacts, and solution walkthroughs to stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across teams.
- Defect Management & Production Support




- Participate in defect triage calls and support defect prioritization.
- Analyze defects and assess business impact.
- Work with development and QA teams to validate defect fixes.
- Support UAT activities and production issue analysis.
- Training & Change Management
- Prepare training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
- Support business teams during UAT and post-production rollout.
- Loan Servicing & Collections Coverage
