Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, website graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging visual designs and support brand campaigns and product launches. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing logos and brand identities, refining design templates, executing image editing and retouching, and preparing files for production or web use. The role also requires staying updated on design trends, maintaining organized design libraries, and contributing creative ideas to elevate client brands.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid portfolio demonstrating digital and print work.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding,



including experience creating visual identities and brand assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing, including retouching, optimization, and preparing visuals for various platforms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is expected.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced agency environment.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital marketing or creative agencies and familiarity with UI/UX basics are advantageous.
