About the Role

The Data Extraction Analyst will be responsible for performing manual extraction of payroll and employee-related reports from authorized client payroll systems in accordance with approved extraction instructions. The role requires strict adherence to security controls, data privacy requirements, operational procedures, and quality standards while ensuring timely completion of extraction requests.

Shift-7:30PM IST - 2:30 PM IST(EST time*time may vary)

Responsibilities

- Access authorized payroll systems using approved credentials and CyberArk-controlled environments.
- Execute manual extraction of payroll reports as per approved extraction packages.
- Retrieve only approved data fields, reports, and datasets.
- Upload extracted reports to ADP-designated repositories.
- Maintain extraction logs, audit trails, and processing records.
- Ensure compliance with approved SOPs and security policies.
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.




- Report extraction issues, access challenges, and instruction gaps.
- Participate in knowledge transfer and training activities.
- Support quality audits and corrective action implementation.
