Job Overview: This person will be responsible for driving sales growth in the area of contract logistics, focusing

on warehousing services. This role involves strategic business development, customer relationship

management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a sales strategy for contract logistics services, targeting potential clients in

various industries.

* Sales of 3PL, Warehousing

* Taking appointments & meeting customers.

* Preparing commercials for 3PL services and closing the deal for contract logistics.

* Developed recent business for the company through approaching new customers for 3PL services

* Generating leads in Pharma, FMCG, Automotive, Electronics, Chemical sectors & obtaining RFQs.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

* Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with the company's services.

* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.





* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds customer

expectations.

* Reviewing budgeted sales V/s actual sales on monthly basis.

* Build & manage pan India business development team.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

* Proven sales experience in logistics and supply chain management.

* Strong understanding of warehousing, distribution, and contract logistics services.
