Role Description This full-time, in office Behavioral Therapist role is based in Ludhiana for a reputed pediatric clinic using asdflo talent infrastructure and focuses on supporting neurodivergent children and families within the asdflo™ ecosystem. The Behavioral Therapist will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and implement evidence-based strategies, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), in collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one and small group therapy sessions, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes,
and adjusting interventions based on data and clinical judgment. The role also involves training and coaching families and educators, participating in case conferences, and maintaining accurate, confidential records aligned with organizational and ethical standards. The therapist will contribute to continuous improvement of care pathways and work closely with platform partners to enhance coordinated, high-quality support.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Background in Psychology and experience working with children in clinical, educational, or community settings.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills for building trust with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Therapy, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience supporting autistic and other neurodivergent individuals; familiarity with evidence-based behavioral and developmental approaches.
- Ability to collect, interpret, and use behavioral data to inform clinical decisions and communicate progress clearly to caregivers.
- Commitment to inclusive, person-centered, and culturally sensitive care; openness to ongoing learning and supervision.
- Professional certifications in behavior therapy or ABA (e.g., RBT, BCaBA, BCBA) are an advantage but not mandatory.
