About the Role We are looking for an experienced Associate Vice President – Finance to manage strategic finance operations, client relationships, financial reporting, and decision-support activities for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in US GAAP, revenue recognition, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, internal controls, cash flow management,



audit coordination, and international stakeholder management . This is a strategic and client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting policies. Apply strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles . Review financial statements and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
