Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. This full-time role involves partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, managing HR documentation, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, address concerns in a fair and confidential manner,



and promote a positive, inclusive work culture. This is an in office role based in Ahmedabad, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular interaction with employees at all levels.

Qualifications
Strong skills in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Experience with performance management, goal setting, and conducting evaluations and feedback sessions.
Proficiency in HR operations such as onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices in workplace policies and procedures.
