The Head of School (HOS) serves as the academic and administrative leader of the institution and is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational effectiveness and continued growth of the school. The HOS will provide visionary leadership to strengthen academic excellence, ensure compliance with international standards, foster a positive school culture and enhance the school’s reputation locally and globally.

TIPS Globeducate India is currently looking to appoint a talented,



experienced and dynamic Head of School for its campuses in Tamil Nadu. (Immediate Joining)

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Lead the development and execution of the school’s vision, mission and long-term strategic plan.
Ensure effective implementation of IB (Early Years & Primary), Cambridge (Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS/A Levels) and CBSE programmes with a focus on academic rigor, holistic learning and international standards.
Set explicit academic goals and drive improvement in internal assessments and external examinations. Regularly review curriculum implementation, teaching strategies and assessment practices to maintain alignment with global standards.
Recruit, mentor and retain high-quality academic and non-academic staff aligned with the school’s mission and values.
Guide and support Academic Coordinators and faculty to foster collaborative planning, innovation and profession
