Here is the actual deal:
₹40,000 fixed per month
12% of every project you close
We sell fixed-price AI and automation implementations at ₹6-10 lakh per project.

Close 1 a month → ₹72,000 to you Close 2 a month → ₹1,44,000 to you Close 3 a month → ₹2,16,000 to you

Paid on collection. No cap. No clawback.
The fixed salary is your floor, not your target.
