Role Description The Demand Generation Associate is a full-time on-site role based in Surat, responsible for supporting the growth of KEI’s customer base and sales pipeline.



This role involves planning and executing demand generation activities, including targeted marketing campaigns, events, and outreach programs for key market segments. The associate will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify priority customer groups, track campaign performance, and optimize lead generation strategies. Daily tasks include conducting market research, segmenting audiences, managing marketing databases, and analyzing campaign data to improve conversion rates. The role also involves preparing reports, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across demand generation initiatives.
Qualifications

Ability to apply Marketing Analytics and strong Analytical Skills to measure and optimize demand generation activities.
Experience in Lead Generation and Marketing Campaign Management to build and nurture a qualified sales pipeline.
