Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative – Software Sales to generate current business opportunities, engage with prospective SMB and mid-market clients, understand their software requirements, and convert leads into sales.
The ideal candidate must have prior B2B software sales and licensing experience, with hands-on experience selling Microsoft licenses and subscriptions.



The candidate should be comfortable selling to business owners, IT teams, procurement teams, and decision-makers and should have a strong understanding of software licensing, renewals, subscriptions, and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other outbound channels.
Identify and prospect SMB and mid-market customers requiring software licenses and technology solutions.
Sell Microsoft software licenses and subscriptions, including Microsoft 365, Office 365, Windows, Azure, and other Microsoft solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software licensing and subscription solutions.
Manage the complete inside sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to quotation, negotiation, follow-up, and closure.
