About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for editing educational videos, YouTube content, Shorts/Reels and promotional videos for our EdTech platform.
Key Responsibilities
Edit educational lectures and YouTube videos.
Create engaging YouTube Shorts, Videos and Instagram Reels from long-form content.
Create engaging Video Ads
Add text, captions, graphics, transitions and animations wherever required.
Ensure good audio quality, colour correction and overall video quality.
Create engaging intros/hooks and maintain good pacing.
Repurpose existing content into short-form videos for social media.
Work closely with the content and marketing team.
Complete assigned videos within the given timelines.
Maintain consistency in the company's video style and branding.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience as a Video Editor.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of After Effects will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of YouTube,



Instagram Reels and Shorts.
Positive sense of pacing, storytelling and visual presentation.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, colour correction and audio editing.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Portfolio
Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory. Candidates should share relevant examples of their previous editing work, especially YouTube videos, Reels/Shorts or educational content.
