About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to oversee and drive the overall sales performance of our multiple branches across India.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales operations across multiple branches.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve overall sales targets.
Monitor branch-wise performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams.
Track sales performance, conversions, and revenue growth.
Develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Be actively involved in sales planning, reporting, and performance reviews.
Travel across India and abroad whenever required for business purposes.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of total sales experience, including at least 2 years of managerial experience.
Robust leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Excellent proficiency in English and Malayalam.
Must be settled in Kochi.
Willingness to travel within India and internationally when required.
Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an advantage.
Strong target-oriented approach with a proven track record in sales.
