About Miror
At Miror, we’re on a mission to redefine how women rule over midlife and beyond — especially the hormonal health aspect during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Hormonal health is something that affects every woman, bringing with it more than 80 physical, emotional, gynaecological and beauty related symptoms that when unaddressed or misunderstood can lead to severe depletion in the quality of lifestyle and can be even fatal.
For too long, menopause has been surrounded by silence, stigma, embarrassment, and resignation and the term Perimenopause not even heard of. This is unacceptable as this phase is part of EVERY woman’s life, she will go through it for more than half of her life and will be subject to neay 80 symptoms some fatal.
Miror exists to change that — through science, technology, and empathy.
We’re building a FemTech ecosystem where women by leveraging technology can access medically proven solutions, care and community during one of the most transformative phases of their life. Our mission is easy but bold: to make midlife a time to celebrate,

Over the last few years, Miror has become one of India’s largest and fastest-growing online communities for women’s hormonal health and wellness.

Partnered with experts from the Indian Menopause Society, the State Government of Karnataka, and the National Health Mission.
Built India’s largest digital menopause care community, impacting over 100,000 women through our online and offline initiatives.
Been featured in reputed publications such as Forbes Elle, The Guardian, Times of India etc
