Role Description The Head of Sales and Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Orchha, responsible for leading revenue growth and market expansion for Orchha Palace and Resorts. This role oversees the sales strategy, identifies recent business opportunities, and builds strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event planners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, developing and executing sales plans, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating closely with operations and marketing to ensure a seamless guest experience.



The role also involves leading and mentoring the sales team, conducting regular market analysis, and representing the property at industry events and meetings to enhance brand visibility and drive bookings.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in hospitality or related sectors.
Experience in Account Management, including building, maintaining, and growing long-term client relationships.
Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including leading, coaching, and developing a diverse sales team.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, sales data, and customer insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Familiarity with hospitality sales channels, corporate and MICE (Meetings,
