ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Manager - HR, Payroll & Finance Operations to independently manage the core people, payroll, finance and administrative operations of our growing organization.

This is a hands-on position for a dependable skilled who can build structured processes, maintain accurate records and handle confidential company and employee information with integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resources
- Coordinate recruitment, candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation and offboarding.
- Maintain employment records, policies, attendance and leave information.
- Coordinate employee engagement and performance-management processes.
- Support leadership in building organized and people-focused HR systems.

Payroll and Finance Operations




- Manage accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
- Coordinate employee reimbursements, vendor invoices and payments.
- Maintain finance records, expense reports and supporting documentation.
- Support budgeting, cash-flow tracking and management reporting.
- Coordinate GST, TDS and other statutory requirements with external accountants and professional advisers.
- Support audits, reconciliations and financial-document preparation.

Administration and Company Controls
- Maintain company records and important operational documents.
- Manage the company asset register and asset-allocation records.
- Administer employee system access and credential lifecycles securely.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants and external service providers.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and appropriate access controls.
