Key Responsibilities
Call and convert leads via CRM
Book trial classes and centre visits
Follow-ups and conversion tracking
Assist walk-ins and batch allocation
Coordinate with teachers and schedules
Support the sales team with lead management and customer coordination
Maintain and update CRM records accurately
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution




Prepare reports and manage documentation
Coordinate internally with operations and academic teams
Key Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace
Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently
Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s Degree
0-1 years of relevant experience in sales support/customer support/operations
