Role Description The Junior Wedding Operations Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of weddings and related events. Day-to-day work includes coordinating with in-house vendors, assisting with event timelines, and ensuring all services such as decor, catering, and entertainment are executed as planned. The role involves managing checklists,



tracking logistics, and supporting guest management activities on the event day. The Executive will help with pre-event preparations, on-site supervision, and post-event follow-up, working closely with senior operations staff. This position requires frequent interaction with clients and team members to align expectations, address issues promptly, and contribute to creating seamless, memorable wedding experiences.
