Role Description The Lead Electrical Technician is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a combination of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves leading electrical maintenance activities for automation systems,



production lines, and specialized machinery, ensuring safe and reliable operation of all electrical equipment. The Lead Electrical Technician will design, install, inspect, and test electrical systems, diagnose faults, and perform troubleshooting and repair work in line with electrical engineering standards. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, coordinating with mechanical and automation teams, maintaining documentation and maintenance schedules, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires adherence to safety regulations, participation in commissioning of new equipment, and providing technical support during integration and upgrades.
