Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services. The Business Development Manager will analyze market trends,



track performance metrics, and contribute to sales forecasts and planning. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams is essential to refine offerings and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify recent opportunities and customer segments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
Proven skills in relationship building, networking, and customer success to maintain long-term partnerships.
Solid organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
