About the Role:
At PurpleMerit, we don’t just build features; we solve complex human problems. We are scaling rapidly, and we need a visionary Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end UI/UX experience. You won’t just be taking tickets and making things look pretty you’ll be sitting at the strategy table, shaping the product roadmap, and defining how our users feel when they interact with our brand.

Who You Are (Your Design Superpowers):
? You are a strategic thinker: You obsess over the "why" before the "how." You use data and user empathy to drive decisions, not just personal preference.
? You bridge UI and UX flawlessly: You can map out a complex user flow in FigJam and then translate it into a breathtaking, accessible,



and pixel-perfect UI in Figma.
? You are a systems thinker: You don’t just design screens; you build and maintain scalable Design Systems that make the whole engineering and design team faster.
What You’ll Actually Do:
•Take complete end-to-end ownership of our core product’s UI/UX. You will be the ultimate design decision-maker, driving projects from blank-canvas conceptualization to final handoff and post-launch iteration.
• Conduct user research, synthesize findings, and translate them into actionable wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads in an agile, async-first setting.
• Champion accessibility, usability, and design excellence across every touchpoint.
