Role Description The Executive Assistant to Founder is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The role involves managing the founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Executive Assistant will handle email and communication management, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain documentation related to business activities, vendors, and key stakeholders.



Responsibilities include supporting strategic initiatives, organizing internal and external meetings and events, and following up on action items and deadlines. The role also requires maintaining confidentiality, providing proactive administrative support, and serving as a reliable point of coordination between the founder, team members, and external partners.
