The company has been manufacturing curtain fabric since 1992 and serves exporters, global buyers, retailers, wholesalers, and contemporary trade chains across India. Fine Decor is now investing in building out its retail and cut-piece segment nationally, and this role will lead that charge.

Role Summary
Own and grow Fine Decor's retail-facing curtain fabric business across India. This role is responsible for building a strong retailer network, driving catalogue placement, ensuring those catalogues actually convert to sales, and building a sales team capable of sustaining this at scale. The ideal candidate treats catalogue distribution as a tracked investment, not a giveaway — success is measured by sales generated per catalogue placed,



not just volume of outlets covered.

Key Responsibilities
Retailer Network & Catalogue Placement
• Identify, onboard, and manage curtain fabric retailers across priority states and cities.
• Drive catalogue placement — get Fine Decor's collections into the right retail outlets and keep them current each season.
• Track catalogue-to-sale conversion at the outlet level and act on the data.

Catalogue ROI & Outlet Development
• Treat catalogue placement as an investment: track sales generated per catalogue at every outlet.
• Prioritise high-yield outlets — those converting catalogues into consistent, repeat orders — for faster replenishment and better terms.
• Identify and correct low-yield outlets (catalogues sitting unsold) through re-training, re-pitching, or withdrawal.
• Set and review minimum sales-per-catalogue benchmarks per outlet/territory on a quarterly basis.
