Job Summary
We are looking for a fresher Plant Supervisor to support daily plant operations, supervise workers, monitor production activities, and ensure proper safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily plant and production activities.
Supervise workers and allocate daily work.
Monitor machine operation and production output.
Ensure production targets are achieved.
Maintain discipline and housekeeping on the shop floor.
Follow safety rules, SOPs, and 5S practices.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Maintain basic production and shift records.




Report machine problems and production issues to senior management.
Learn and understand plant machinery and production processes.
Support senior supervisors in day-to-day plant operations.
Required Skills

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹21,000 per month, depending on qualification and interview performance.
Candidate Preference
Freshers are welcome. Candidates with ITI/Diploma qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production will be preferred.
