Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) to be a key contributor in our Pre-Sales team. This role will work closely with customers and internal domain experts to understand business requirements, design end-to-end IT solutions, and prepare high-quality pre-sales and bid documents while ensuring that delivery teams remain focused on project execution.

Qualification:

B.Tech/ B.E./ MCA or higher in a related field

Location:

Expected to travel and be stationed across various States in India as per project requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Business Analysis
Engage with customers to understand business goals, functional needs, and non-functional requirements.
Conduct workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
Analyze existing systems and processes to prepare AS-IS / TO-BE documentation.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for business process improvement and digital transformation.
Solution Architecture & Design




Design end-to-end solution architectures covering application, integration, data, infrastructure, security, and analytics layers.
Define solution approaches aligned with customer constraints, scalability, performance, security, and cost considerations.
Evaluate multiple solution options and recommend the most suitable architecture.
Pre-Sales & Bid Support

Lead Or Contribute To Preparation Of:

AS-IS / TO-BE documents
BPR documents
Detailed Project Reports (DPR)
Technical proposals and solution write-ups
RFP / RFI responses, including assumptions, risks, dependencies, and exclusions
Support high-level effort estimation, timelines, and resource planning for proposals.
Transition & Internal Coordination
Work closely with domain experts, product teams, and management to finalize solutions.
Ensure minimal dependency on delivery teams during pre-sales.
