Role Description This full-time, on-site Behavioral Therapist role is based in Ludhiana for a reputed pediatric clinic using asdflo talent infrastructure and focuses on supporting neurodivergent children and families within the asdflo™ ecosystem.



The Behavioral Therapist will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and implement evidence-based strategies, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), in collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one and small group therapy sessions, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting interventions based on data and clinical judgment. The role also involves training and coaching families and educators, participating in case conferences, and maintaining accurate, confidential records aligned with organizational and ethical standards. The therapist will contribute to continuous improvement of care pathways and work closely with platform partners to enhance coordinated, high-quality support.
