Role Description The Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities within the assigned territory, including identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with dealers, distributors, and project customers,



and meeting or exceeding sales targets for UPVC window profiles. Daily tasks include visiting clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating pricing and terms, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely order fulfillment and after-sales support. The Area Sales Manager will monitor market trends and competitor activity, provide feedback to internal teams, and collaborate with production and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasting demand, and participating in regional marketing initiatives and trade events.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in building materials, construction products, or related manufacturing sectors.
