Role Description The Academic Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohtak, responsible for overseeing the planning,



implementation, and continuous improvement of K–12 academic programs aligned with Next Education’s offerings. This role involves coordinating curriculum deployment in partner schools, monitoring program effectiveness, and using data and feedback to refine academic initiatives. The Academic Program Manager will collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and internal product and content teams to ensure smooth execution of academic plans, training, and support. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, facilitating workshops and orientations, addressing academic and operational issues, and preparing reports on program outcomes and key performance indicators. The individual will also contribute to pilot projects and recent product rollouts, ensuring that programs reflect best practices in teaching, learning, and educational technology.
