Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based at Roastery Coffee House in Bengaluru. This role oversees daily café operations, ensuring consistent service standards, high-quality food and beverage presentation, and a welcoming guest experience. The supervisor coordinates staff schedules, assigns duties, and provides guidance to team members on service procedures and product knowledge. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory,



supporting ordering and stock rotation, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance, and handling customer feedback and issue resolution. The role also involves training and coaching team members, supporting promotional activities, and working closely with management to improve processes and achieve sales and service goals.
