About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime and ERP accounting software. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of construction-industry accounting and be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounts and financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities in Tally Prime and ERP software
Maintain purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries
Manage vendor and subcontractor accounts
Verify invoices, bills, purchase orders and supporting documents
Handle PO → GRN → Invoice → Payment accounting process
Prepare and reconcile vendor/subcontractor ledgers
Handle GST, TDS, PF and ESI accounting and reconciliation
Perform GST 2B reconciliation
Prepare bank and other account reconciliations
Monitor advances, retention, recoveries and outstanding payments




Maintain project-wise and site-wise accounting records
Assist with monthly closing and MIS reports
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams
Ensure proper documentation and accurate accounting records
Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly
Required Skills & Experience
3–7 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime
Experience working with ERP accounting software is mandatory
Construction / Infrastructure industry experience is highly preferred
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF and ESI
Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and reconciliation
Good understanding of vendor, subcontractor and project accounting
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills

Candidates with experience in construction, infrastructure, civil projects, government projects, EPC companies or contracting
