Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable vehicle options and related services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting showroom walk-ins and follow-ups, explaining product features and pricing, preparing quotations, and supporting the completion of sales documentation. The Sales Consultant will maintain accurate records in the dealership’s systems, coordinate test drives,



and collaborate with finance and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. The role also involves meeting sales targets, contributing to promotional activities, and providing ongoing support to customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive experiences before, during, and after the sale.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing sales role is beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Pune Division, manage multiple inquiries, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
