The Manager will lead the Private Label & Marketplace Sourcing function across Home, Kitchen, Utility, Travel, Tech Accessories, Lifestyle, Seasonal Products and General Merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop category-wise sourcing strategies and supplier networks
✅ Identify manufacturers, manufacturing clusters and alternate suppliers
✅ Lead factory evaluation,



vendor onboarding and supplier development
✅ Drive current product development, sampling, packaging and value engineering
✅ Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and commercial agreements
✅ Drive cost reduction and margin improvement
✅ Establish product specifications and quality standards
✅ Optimize supplier capacity, lead times and supply availability
✅ Lead and mentor the sourcing team
✅ Review RFQs, supplier performance and sourcing plans
