Niyantran (M.R. Electricals) is an established power-electronics manufacturer in Nashik, building servo stabilizers, static stabilizers, isolation transformers, and online UPS systems for industrial and institutional customers across India. We're MSME ZED Gold certified with a strong in-house engineering base.

We're now building our sales function from the ground up — and we're looking for a Sales Head to lead it.

This isn't a role where you inherit a ready customer list. It's for someone who wants to build — and takes ownership of three things:
1. Generate business. Identify and close orders with plant heads, maintenance managers, and project engineers across manufacturing, infrastructure, and institutional segments. Own the full cycle — prospecting, technical discussion, quotation, negotiation, and close.
2. Build the channel. Onboard, activate, and grow a network of dealers and OEM accounts across territories, and manage those relationships for repeat business.
3. Build the team. As volumes grow, recruit, train,



and lead a sales team — moving from selling yourself to running a function.

You'll work directly with the founders, have a real say in how we go to market, and grow into a senior leadership position as the function scales.

What we're looking for:
7+ years in B2B / industrial sales — power electronics, electrical equipment, or allied engineering products preferred
Comfort with technical, specification-driven selling to industrial buyers
An existing network of plant, maintenance, and channel contacts
A builder's mindset — someone energised by starting from a blank page, not maintaining an existing desk
