Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with customers to ensure a seamless and positive experience at Officially Ethos. In this full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, the executive will handle customer inquiries, address concerns,



and support post-sales services to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include building and sustaining long-term client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and following up with customers to ensure service quality. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer communications, gathering feedback to improve service standards, and representing the brand’s values in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality experiences.
Candidates should possess abilities in Client Relations and Business Relationship Management to build, nurture, and retain long-term customer connections.
