Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader BPO role based in Bengaluru. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations of a BPO team, including workload allocation, performance monitoring, and adherence to service-level agreements. Responsibilities include guiding team members, providing coaching and feedback, handling escalations,



and ensuring high-quality customer interactions across channels. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, preparing operational reports, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Team Leader will also help onboard recent team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-oriented work culture.
Qualifications
Strong team leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance tracking, and conflict resolution.
Experience in BPO operations, customer service, and call center or back-office process management.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to handle escalations and interact professionally with global clients.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities for process improvement, quality monitoring, and reporting.
Comfort with using CRM tools, contact center software, and standard office prod
