Role Description The Manager, Service Delivery is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for overseeing the delivery of insurance operations and support services to clients.



This role manages day-to-day service delivery activities, including monitoring performance metrics, ensuring adherence to service level agreements, and driving continuous improvement in processes and workflows. The manager leads and coaches service delivery teams, coordinates resource allocation, and fosters a culture of accountability, quality, and client-centricity. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders and client representatives, resolving escalations, identifying operational risks, and implementing corrective actions. The role also involves reporting on service performance, contributing to strategic initiatives, and supporting the integration of current processes, tools, and technologies to enhance service outcomes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in service delivery management, operations leadership, or client service management within insurance, financial services, or a related domain.
