Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Medcity International Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The individual in this role will support daily centre operations, including overseeing scheduling, coordinating classes and exams, and ensuring a smooth learning experience for students. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding staff, supporting trainers with academic and administrative requirements, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The Assistant Manager will help in implementing institutional policies, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing reports for senior management. The role also involves engaging with students and guardians, addressing queries and concerns, supporting marketing and outreach initiatives, and contributing to continuous process improvement within the Kochi centre.
