Role Description The Influencer Operations Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and onboarding relevant creators, maintaining communication with influencers and brand partners, and assisting in campaign planning and scheduling. The intern will help track deliverables, monitor campaign performance on social media platforms, and prepare reports for internal teams and clients. This role also involves supporting outreach initiatives,



maintaining accurate records in internal tools, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign operations.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to manage creator and brand relationships effectively.
Knowledge of Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing to support campaign planning and execution.
Basic understanding of Sales and partnership outreach to assist in identifying and engaging potential brand and creator leads.
Ability to work on-site in Pune City, with valuable organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Comfortable using digital tools and social media platforms; familiarity with analytics or reporting tools is an advantage.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated interest in creator economy, digital content, or brand collaboration
