Data Eminence is seeking a motivated Product Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support product managers and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, helping ensure that projects stay organized, requirements are clearly communicated, and deadlines are met.
You will work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to track tasks, document requirements, coordinate meetings, and follow up on project deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management and technology-driven projects while working remotely.
Your key responsibilities will include:




Supporting product managers with day-to-day product activities
Coordinating tasks and timelines across product, design, and engineering teams
Maintaining project documentation, requirements, and product specifications
Tracking project progress and following up on pending tasks
Organizing meetings and preparing agendas and notes
Helping gather and document user and business requirements
Assisting with product testing and feedback collection
Communicating updates, blockers, and priorities to relevant stakeholders
Supporting the preparation of product reports and presentations
Helping identify opportunities to improve product processes and workflows
