Accounts & Audit Executive
Location: Panchkula
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Handle statutory, tax and other audit assignments and assist in audit planning and execution.
Prepare and review Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts and other financial statements.
Handle accounting, reconciliation and finalisation of accounts.
Assist with Income Tax, GST and other taxation-related matters, including preparation of returns and supporting schedules.
Prepare audit working papers, schedules and supporting documentation.
Review financial records and identify accounting discrepancies and compliance issues.
Coordinate with clients for collection of financial and audit-related information.
Prepare MIS and other reports as required.
Use MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word, effectively for accounting,



audit and reporting work.

Candidate Profile
B.Com / M.Com with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong practical knowledge of Auditing, Accounting, Balance Sheet finalisation and Taxation.
Candidates with experience of working in a Chartered Accountants' (CA) firm will be preferred.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Good analytical, numerical and communication skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Own two-wheeler will be preferred, particularly for client visits.
Willingness to travel locally for audit and client-related work.
