Role Description The Senior Construction Project Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Guwahati/Silchar/Aizawl/Agartala, responsible for overseeing end-to-end construction projects from planning through completion. This role involves coordinating project activities,



managing timelines and resources, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Daily tasks include leading project teams, reviewing designs and specifications, monitoring construction progress, and addressing on-site issues and risks. The Senior Construction Project Manager will collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards. The role also includes optimizing project workflows, supporting quality control, and contributing to continuous improvement of construction management practices.
