Role Description The Cluster Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Faizabad Cantonment, responsible for driving business growth across an assigned cluster of locations.



This role oversees sales targets, implements sales strategies, and manages relationships with distribution partners such as bank branches, agents, POS personnel, automobile dealers, and brokers. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding new partners, supporting existing channels with product knowledge and sales tools, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure achievement of premium and profitability objectives. The Cluster Sales Manager coordinates with underwriting, operations, and customer service teams to enable smooth policy issuance, renewals, and service resolution. The role also involves conducting regular market visits, competitor analysis, local marketing initiatives, and training sessions to strengthen the cluster’s overall sales capability.
