Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day activities that promote Awajahi’s platform and engage potential customers. This internship role is on-site in Bhilai and involves assisting with market research, outreach to carriers and drivers, and supporting sales presentations and product demonstrations. The intern will help respond to customer inquiries,



gather feedback from users, and contribute to basic customer service and client communication. Responsibilities include coordinating training sessions or product walkthroughs, creating simple marketing collaterals, and maintaining records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups. The intern will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to support campaigns and learn practical skills in logistics-focused sales and marketing.
Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage users, handle inquiries, and gather feedback effectively.
Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic pipeline tracking.
Interest or experience in Training activities, such as assisting with product demos, user onboarding, or instructional sessions.
